The investment thesis

Why Zamara. Why Now.

A compelling healthcare project needs more than a large addressable market. It requires a clear need, a defined development plan, capable leadership and the discipline to turn infrastructure into a sustainable operating institution.

Zamara's investment thesis rests on six pillars.

Structural Demand

Malappuram's growing population and evolving healthcare needs create a strong case for additional hospital capacity, advanced diagnostics and specialised medical services.

Doctor-Led Ownership

Led by medical professionals, Zamara brings clinical expertise into strategic decision-making, aligning patient care priorities with the institution's long-term vision.

Defined Project Scope

A planned 150+ bed tertiary care hospital, bringing together 18+ specialties, dedicated critical care infrastructure and advanced diagnostic capabilities.

Established Local Foundation

The acquisition of Al Salama Hospital builds on 25 years of community recognition and established patient relationships in Vengara, providing Zamara with a trusted local foundation for its next phase of growth.

Phased Development

A structured development approach designed to expand infrastructure and capacity in stages, aligning future growth with operational progress and healthcare demand.

Lasting Regional Value

Bringing comprehensive healthcare closer to home while building a sustainable institution that serves the community and creates long-term value for investors.
